@Toengel In my opinion, you should also add to the list a problem with the headphones. Many users want to control the volume with the remote control

I’m also having troubles with Plex and cinematic content on an updated 9002 OLED. The image format is not correctly displayed, leading to huge black bars.

Does Philips even do testing on these models? We’ve had to wait the longest, and they still ship broken firmware. Does the personnel at Philips not use Kodi/Plex or other third party apps to display video content?

Feeling pretty disappointed by this course of action. Which is further strengthened by the sudden news that HDR10+ will not be coming to 2017 models…

What? I bought this TV with things like this in the back of my mind:

    – “We are on schedule to integrate HDR10+ into all 2018 Philips TVs with HDR,” Danny Tack, Director Product Strategy & Planning, TP Vision, told Video Magazin and added: “And to offer a software upgrade for the 2017 models.”

If the 9002 does not get HDR10+ support, I will wholeheartedly disencourage anyone to buy anything Philips produces. Bunch of incompetent liars.

Help! 55pos9002 with android 8.After 4 days from the upgrade the remote control no longer works! I installed an app for background management and now the remote control no longer works (it runs for 3 days but this morning I see coloured vertical lines and the the tv starts but with the problem) ! Function only the switch on and off, the Android TV remote control for iPhone does not work, the Philips remote control app only works to choose the app to open, volume, and TV channel and that’s it. I have no way to use the directional keys and press ok even with the joystick behind the TV. I removed the power for a minute as mentioned on the Philips site but nothing. How do I reset the TV without using the direction keys?
I want to download the upgrade_loader.pkg for the TPM171E_003.001.012.000 – Data: 2018/09/17 but the file is missing. Have you got other link?

I see that page, there was a problem with onedrive before. Now the download is started. If I can’t resolve with the downgrade is there another solution?

    Danke

Was momentan etwas verwirrend ist.
