    Hi all,
Not sure if this is the correct place but i’m running this firmware for a long time now on my 49pus6412 without any issues.
So far this firmware is the best i had but recently it started to fail on me.
Sometimes it does not want to turn on my soundbar via HDMI-ARC, i need to manually turn it on.
Once it is turned on it works normal but a few times a week when we turn on the TV the soundbar wont’t.

Anyone seen this before, is there a way to clear some cache or app to have it restored to normal again?
Is there something that can be done/cleared regarding audio?

    Hi,

did you try to unplug both, TV and SB for at least 5 minutes? Then reconnect but do not switch on… wait for 10 minutes (until the TV is in standby again), then switch on TV…

    HI @Toengel

No, I did not do that.
Thanks for the hint, will do it later today when i have some more time.
Will report back the outcome. Might take some days since it doesn’t always occur.

I followed your steps but it didn’t help.
    Any other suggestions?

Also selbe Version.

Same problem here, but Philips didn’t sent me anything. Can you share the firmware and instructions?

@ Davide: witch Model do you have 75 Inches? Is it since yesterday? I think the Problem are Google Updates (playstore)

I have a 55oled803. I don’t think it’s the playstore: the issue happens even after fresh reset. Also, if I enable the dev option it says “TV storage has stopped”

Toengel@Alex, what do you mean? I thought that your firmwares are the same I can find in the Philipps website

    Hello,
is there a chance that OLED 55POS9002 will get an update to more recent version of Android TV one day?
