    Ist da was bekannt?

    Tachchen,

also hast du die neue 16.56.3 mit Android TV 7 installiert? Welche Quelle?

    So !
    HDMI Kabel getauscht keine Besserung.

    Answer to post 24324

    Hello Mihhail,
the same day I posted the same effect in the forum connected to the downgrade-HowTo.
I also had these messages on my 32PFS6402 (with new firmware version QM164E.0.16.56.3), when I downgraded the firmware.
So far no one has come up with a solution. The only way seems to reinstall this new version (also available here). Then you are as before, at least the tv works again without these annoying popups.
If a downgrade from THIS Firmware is still possible at all, it would be nice, if someone finds out, how to downgrade properly without errors.

    Regards,
    Hartmut

    Answer to post 24749

    Hello Mihhail,

    check out this page here:

Philips TV Firmware Archiv / Previous Firmware Versions

Search on that site for “QM164E_0.16.56.3”
The only result is a link which will bring you eventually to a
onedrive.live.com – subpage, where this firmware is located. At the same time a download popup should directly offer the download.

Right of the QM164E-Link is another link “Upgrade Loader”. I did not use this.
In the ZIP-file there is the firmware named “upgrade_loader.pkg” while under the left link
“”QM164E_0.16.56.3” the ZIP contains the file “autorun_QM164E_000.016.056.003.upg”.

As I reinstalled it using ADB, I could select the auturun-file myself. The upgrade-file is maybe for autostart on an USB-stick, but as I said, I did not use this.

    Good luck!

    Regards,
    Hartmut
