Is this the only model in 9000 series 2016, or can we expect others to surface? Love the 901, but wish it was 65″ and with 3D. Do you think Philips will follow LG and make several models with slightly different specs?

Da ja 4k pass Sinn macht beim grosseres Bild. …

“Erscheint in Kürze “…

Well, I am getting one as a replacement for my late 65PUS9809 rip(. The expected delivery date is November 18th here in Norway.

I am pretty excited to get one, but I wonder if the smaller screen might be a dissapointment as i found 65″ to be perfect and was thinking to go bigger next time to get the 4K resolution to really shine. No 3D is a loss and frankly a stupid decision by Philips and Samsung, wich I find quite arrogant at this point, when the tech is really getting great (LG passive 3D). Looking forward to HDR and OLED-blacks, although I found the 9809 to be excellent at blacks, but I expect a big leap forward in most aspects.

I guess this model is a way for Philips to ease in to the OLED market, and then release the roumored 65″ model sometime next year if they can attract the customers. Perhaps with Dolby Vision if that gains momentum.

Hi, yes indeed a good deal all things considered, except that I’ve been waiting since late June..and being a 3D fan having spent a fair deal on content.

Fingers crossed for no further delays.

I noticed you listed DUAL Triple-Tuner in the specs, what does that mean? Two CI modules and one for Sat/Antenna?

I seem to remember LG’s OLED models only got one tuner, except for the G model? So one more advantage for Philips I would say. At least for most markets, with a few exceptions like Germany who I think got twin tuners in the E and C models as well?

Is the 75PUS7101 the only Philips 75″ on the EU market?

    Regards
    Andreas
