Hallo, Ich habe immer beim Einschalten den Hinweis "Kein Signal".
Hallo,
ich habe einen Philips 47 PFL 5008 K/12. Gekauft im September 2013. Seit ca. 1 Jahr macht er Stress. Immer (IMMER) beim Einschalten kommt "Kein Signal". Nicht auf allen Sendern, vorzugsweise ARD, ZDF und das Berliner Dritte Rbb. RTL, SAT1, VOX und Kabel1 sind heftig gestört. Ich guck über Antenne, DVB-T1 (noch T1, ich weiß, aber daran kanns nun nicht liegen)
Nach Einstellen der Antenne (das mache ich dann jedes Mal, kann also gar nicht an der Antenne liegen) kommt der Empfang allmählich. Der Witz ist nur: Mache ich nichts, warte ich ca. 10 Minuten dann kommt der Empfang wie von selbst.
Ich hatte schon mal an Philips gemailt, da war eine Frau, die hatte die glorreiche Idee, ich soll meine Antenne in Richtung des Fernsehturms am Alex ausrichten. Die Antenne steht auf meinem Kleiderschrank. Wo ist denn von meinem Kleiderschrank der Alex? Kann aber auch nicht an der Antenne liegen, ich hab das Generve ja jeden (JEDEN) Tag und wenn ich nichts mache kommt der Empfang ganz von selbst.
Der Fernseher wurde mir geliefert und der ist an der Wand fest eingebaut, die 2 vom Media Markt hinterließen an der Wand ein riesiges Loch (die hatten ihn in die TV-Aufhängung hineingebohrt und gehämmert), das Loch hatte ich (von der anderen Seite ist mein Hängeboden) mit Moltofil aus dem Baumarkt wieder zugegipst.
Lange Rede, kurzer Sinn: Wenn ich den reklamieren muss gibt dass das riesige Chaos. Um ihn abzuholen und mir einen neuen zu bringen, muss wieder vom Media Markt jemand hierher kommen. Der TV hängt über meinem Bett, wieder müssen wir die 2 aufs Bett steigen und dann hab ich wieder ein riesiges Loch in der Wand, um das wieder zuzugipsen muss ich wieder den Hängeboden ausräumen....
Das möchte ich UNBEDINGT vermeiden.
Hat jemand eine Lösung für mich? Woran liegt das?

In unregelmäßigen Abständen meldet mein TV das er kein Signal emfangen kann, immer nach dem starten aus dem Standby und nach Kaltstart. Wenn ich dann, im Betrieb das Satkabel ab- und direkt wieder draufschraube, habe ich sofort wieder ein Signal.Habe auf einen Kabelbruch getippt und mir ein neues Kabel besorgt, jedoch tritt das Problem in unregelmäßigen Abständen immer wieder auf, jedoch nie während des Betriebs. Signalstärke ist gut, Signalqualität beträgt 99
Ich hab genau das Problem. Weiß jemand Rat?
