    Yes it is,

    stremio uses exoplayer but there was no difference if I switched to just player on the TV or kodi. Only thing what helped was setting kodi dolby vision to on ( it converts dv7 to dv 8)

    Or using the shield is the fix haha.

    Still insane it’s not listed these tv’s only have lldv no led tv dolby player.

    LLDV (Low-Latency Dolby Vision) cannot perform full Dolby Vision tone mapping. The TV only does low-latency processing, and all tone mapping is done by the player.

    That’s why DV7 content is downconverted to DV5 in native apps, and it looks less punchy because a lot of metadata is lost.

    Native DV5 content, however, can be displayed perfectly, because it’s already a single-layer DV format and doesn’t require extra tone mapping by the TV or player.

    In short: LLDV can handle DV5 just fine, but DV7 downconverted to DV5 loses details and color.
