I can confirm that if you manually downgrade to Android 12, you can no longer update your 65OLED959 to Android 14 via OTA update. So Philips is well aware that they have sent some real crap out. Unfortunately, downgrading to Android 12 do not help. Your 65OLED959 is still useless for playing Playstation.
