du bist hier in einem privat betriebenen Forum, da wird dir niemand für irgendwas eine Garantie geben. Auf der anderen Seite kannst du hier aber an den Erfahrungen vieler Nutzer partizipieren und ggf. konkrete erfahrungsgestützte Hilfe erhalten.
Ich würde dir auf jeden Fall raten, auch deinen 65er OLED auf die aktuelle ATV 12 Firmware upzugraden. Auf deinem 55er ist die ja offenbar schon drauf und per push-Service von Philips "over the air" (per OTA) installiert worden. Warum das bei deinem 65er nicht der Fall ist, lässt sich schwer sagen, ist aber eigentlich auch egal.
Du kannst die Firmware mit dem im Forum angebotenen upgrade-loader installieren. Dass der jetzt im Software-Archiv unter 2020 steht und nicht auch noch mal unter 2019 ist halt so (und Toengel hat dir das ja auch schon geschrieben). Und dass das damit zusammenhängt, dass sowohl die 2019er als auch die 2020er auf der gleichen TPM191E Maschine aufbauen, wurde dir ja auch schon gepostet. Und die Bildschirmdiagonale (55 oder 65) spielt bei der Firmware auch keine Rolle.
Sollte der Loader nicht starten, dann prüf noch mal, ob du das so machst, wie im Firmware Archiv beschrieben. Es kann sein, dass das nicht sofort klappt. Ich weiß jetzt persönlich nicht, ob das auch mit der USB 3.0 Buchse geht. Scheint aber laut einem der letzten Posts der Fall zu sein.

Und irgendwelche Tools, also Apps wie button mapper , die irgendwas bei der Eingabe "verbessern", solltest du, falls du sowas nutzt, auch deinstallieren.
