Ive had same issue with CEC spamming/ PC Monitor flicker. Had to disable Easylink, which disabled CEC (eARC), so i had to switch to optical output for my soundbar. (optical is limited to DD 5.1)
Also i noticed sound bugs you mentioned but it only appeared when changing settings like Easylink without a restart of the TV (system settings)
