I see what you mean, that dude from Reddit uses a certified HDMI 2.1 cable with only 1.5m, so i dont think his cable is the issue. He solved the issue by using 120hz instead of 144hz, i dont think its “the G-Sync Module”, since the Philips has none, its not G-Sync Ultimate.

On my End, im using a 15m Optical Fibre HDMI 2.1 certified cable and have same issue, even on Desktop sometimes, i just started fiddling around with it yesterday, i deleted the 144hz profile with CRU defaulting the TV at 120hz at 4K. So far no flicker.
