schwer zu sagen, warum die Magenta App deinen TV zum Absturz bringt. Ich nutze die nicht und kann das deshalb leider auch nicht reproduzieren. Von daher weiß ich jetzt auch nicht, ob man in der App spezielle Einstellungen vornehmen kann, die hier ggf. klemmen. Letzteres kann ich mir aber nicht vorstellen.
Mach auf jeden Fall mal einen Werksreset / "Gerät neu einrichten". Das hilft um mögliche Installationsfehler, die ggf. achon länger da sind, zu beheben. Nicht die Geduld verlieren. Die Prozedur dauert etwas. Der TV ist damit wieder (nahe am /) im Fabrikzustand. Bitte dafür alle externen Geräte trennen und diese dann schrittweise neu einbinden.
Ggf. neu installieren bzw. aktualisieren musst du dann auch deine Apps. Aktualisieren musst du nach dem Neustart gesondert anstoßen. Beachte bitte, dass alle deine persönlichen Einstellungen dann auch gelöscht sind. Falls du TV-Sender/Favoriten nutzt, kannst du die vorher auf USB-Stick speichern. Bitte nach der Neueinrichtung den TV nochmals für 2-3 Minuten vom Strom nehmen.
Zusätzlich würde ich sicherheitshalber auch noch mal prüfen, ob du ggf. überflüssige Apps deinstallieren kannst. Da kommt ziemlich viel Zeug auf den TV. Normalerweise sollte der Speicherpaltz reichen, aber man weiß ja nie.
