(auch) mir ist nicht ganz klar, wann bei deinem TV das Bild flackert.
Kurz vorab, zur Erläuterung damit keine Missverständnisse entstehen: ich habe auf meinem OLED804 ebenfalls die aktuelle Firmware, habe aber nichts dergleichen, was du beschreibst. Weder beim Kabel-TV (DVB-C), noch beim Streamen mit Prime oder Netflix. Auch vorher ist so was nicht aufgetreten, weder mit ATV 9 noch beim Upgrade auf die ATV 11.
Von daher kann es sich auch bei dir zumindest nicht um ein generelles Problem mit der Firmware handeln, sondern um ein spezifisches Problem, das bei dir offenbar aufgetreten ist.
Will man das näher eingrenzen, dann sind hierfür weitere Informationen erforderlich
Die wichtigsten Fragen hierzu wären:
- Tritt das Flackern immer auf, wenn du TV schaust, oder nur bei Streamen bzw. nur bei bestimmten Apps? Oder nur, wenn du bestimmten Content schaust (z.B. 4k oder beim Wechsel auf HDR oder DV?).
Und was meinst du mit "(...) wenn ich dann z. B. in Waipu das Programm-Menü schnell aufrufe geht es weg und kommt meisten nicht wieder". Heißt das, wenn du in Waipu-TV z.B. hochauflösenden Content schauem willst, dass es dann erst flackert, was dann aber verschwindet, wenn du das Programm-Menü ("kurz mal") aufrufst und dann wieder zum Stream wechselst?
- Seit wann flackert dein TV? Schon immer, oder - falls zutreffend - erst seitdem du auf ATV 11 upgegraded hast, oder erst seitdem du eine der diversesen älteren ATV-11 Firmware geladen hattest?
- Hast du in letzter Zeit bzw. seitdem du das Flackern festgestellt hast, mal einen Werksreset gemacht?
Letzteres - sprich kein Werksreset, nachdem das Problem aufgetreten ist - ist meistens (aber natürlich nicht immer!) der Hauptgrund für entstehende Probleme. Deshalb frage ich normalerweise auch imner zuerst danach, selbst auf die Gefahr hin, dass sich dadurch manch eine/r, warum auch immer, nicht ernst genommen fühlt (aber das nur am Rande).
