I came across your very informative support for Philips. I have the 49PUS6482/12 model and it has the reboot problem first the Philips logo then Android then it reboots. I followed your guide but can’t seem to get the software update to happen? I bought an 8 GB USB stick with 21 MB/s read and 10 MB/s write and formatted to FAT32. I have tried both the TPM171E _ 107.001.143.000 and the TPM171E_003.001.012.000 release with no luck, I can’t figure out what I’m missing. The only file on the USB is the upgrade_loader.pkg and I plug it in to 2.0 USB. The USB stick has a light on it that lights up so it connects to the TV.
