Antwort auf: Philips TV Firmware Archiv / Previous Firmware Versions

I have Model # 32PFL5505/f7  serial # ME1A2112108213 manufactured March 2021 that only displays ” Your device has failed verification System halted” when plugged in. No buttons work. I am unable to find firmware update for this television. Philips customer support was useless.  Any guidance or suggestions will be greatly appreciated.  Thank You
