Same problem here with my 43PUS8545/12 with Sony HTX8500 soundbar. Did a complete factory reset (so setting up as a new TV) after the upgrade over OTA. And also did a factory reset of the soundbar. Disconnected the TV from power for at least 15 minutes.
Problem is the same as @Michael Werner. Volume increases without touching any buttons. It’s not the remote control or another RC, as there is no indication on either soundbar or on TV that the volume is increasing. But internally, somehow, the volume goes up. Sometimes when I put on the TV at night, the sound was maxed out to the max level.
Also, since the latest update, when I put on the TV, it takes about 20 seconds before the soundbar switches on from standby, where with the previous firmware, the soundbar switched on immediately after switching on the TV.
