da ich selbst keinen Beitrsg hier erstellen kann, versuche ich es auf diesem Wege und hoffe das mir jemand helfen kann
Ich besitze seit Jahren einen

welcher immer wieder abstürzt. Sei es bei Amazon Stream, bei Netflix oder bei normaler TV Benutzung.
bin hier auf die Seite gekommen da man die neue Firmware Downloaden und auf seinen TV installieren kann
Aktuell habe ich die
2.1 Current Main Software
TPM177E_012.004.070.051
installiert und würde diese gerne mal
erneuern.
nach der Anleitung via Download bin ich komplett vorgegangen.
wenn ich den USB Stick im TV habe, öffnet sich nur der Ordner (Video, Datei, Audio…)
kann also die neue Firmware nicht auf meinen TV installieren.
wie bekomme ich es hin das es funktioniert.
habe den USB Stick ordnungsgemäß formatiert, die unterschiedlichsten Varianten versucht (ohne UPGRADE Ordner, dann mit Ordner, den Namen der Datei geändert etc….
hilfe, freue mich sehr auf eine Antwort von Euch
