@Marko Das ist ja echt noch ärgerlicher...genau das wurde mir ja auch angeboten bzw. mir wurde gesagt, dass es entweder einen Sofortaustausch vom Mainboard oder ganzes Gerät gibt, oder ich tage/wochenlang ohne Fernseher bin, weil er mitgenommen wird. Letztere Möglichkeit hat mich dann dazu bewegt nicht zuzustimmen....was ist das auch überhaupt für eine Aussage...es könnten drei Sachen passieren, nehmen Sie sich mal frei und lassen Sie sich überraschen...sozusagen.
Bei mir ist inzwischen echt das Blöde, dass ich mich sehr an das Bild vom Fernseher gewöhnt habe und was das angeht sehr zufrieden bin. Bei jedem anderen Fernseher würde ich nun denken, dass es nicht so gut ist wie vorher.
Wäre der Support wenigstens freundlich ließen sich bestimmt andere Lösungen finden.
