Hallo zusammen,
seit 4 Wochen nutze ich einen 42OLED808/12. Das Gerät hat das oben von Holger beschriebene Problem. Sporadisch beginnt die Front-LED im Standby zu blinken (8sec ein, 4sec aus) und das Gerät kann nur nach Netztrennung wieder eingeschaltet werden.
In diesem Blinkzustand schaltet sich die Spannnungsversorgung der USB-Ports ebenfalls ein und aus.
Die üblichen Versuche zur Fehlerbehebung wurden allesamt (ohne Erfolg) durchgeführt: 2 Softwareupgrades mit Werksresets, One-Button-Restart ohne jedes Anschlusskabel, Langzeit-Netztrennung.
An das TV-Gerät sind 3 Geräte per HDMI angeschlossen: Technisat-Receiver TECHNISTAR_K4_ISIO, LG BP620 Blu-ray Player, Egreat A10 Mediaplayer. Die Easylink-Funktionen des TV-Gerätes und Technisat-Receivers sind deaktiviert. Bei den anderen Zuspielern gibt es keine Möglichkeit, CEC-Protokolle zu konfigurieren oder zu deaktivieren.
Das Blinken kann ich zwar nicht direkt auslösen, aber ich kann das Auftreten forcieren, wenn ich im Standby-Zustand des TVs die angeschlossenen HDMI-Geräte häufig hintereinander ein- und ausschalte. Irgendwann erlischt die Front-LED genau in dem Moment, in dem ich das Zuspielgerät einschalte.
Für mich fühlt es sich so an, als ob ein Event am HDMI-Port mit Routinen der Standby-Software kollidiert.
Das TV-Gerät gefällt mir ansonsten sehr gut und ich bin ziemlich ratlos, was ich jetzt tun soll. Philips hat nach interner Prüfung den Fall an ein lokales Serviceunternehmen übergeben, welche jedoch "nur" die Platinen tauschen kann. Wie Holger oben berichtete, hat ein neues Gerät bei ihm keine Verbesserung gebracht. Ich vermute ein Software-Problem und dieses kann ein Platinentausch nicht beseitigen.
Das Verhalten des Philips-Kundendienstes zeigt mir, daß dieses spezifische Problem entweder (noch) unbekannt oder als nicht beseitigbar oder als sporadische Hardwarestörung gesehen wird.
