I’ve done some testing with 4k120 VRR on PS5.
With the latest update VRR seems to be working in Monitor Mode.
I have switched between “Game Mode VRR” and “Monitor Mode”, and I can see the the picture quality dropping when selecting Game Mode VRR.
When “Monitor Mode” and “Optimal Auto Game” is ON
I can see in PS5 display information 3840×2160 VRR (48-120Hz).
