I do not use an external AV-receiver or amplifier.
All my devices are connected directly to the TV via HDMI and I use certified HDMI 2.1 cables regardless of the device. Inputs are set to “Optimal 120 Hz Game Pro” on HDMI 1 + 2 and “Optimal” on HDMI 3 + 4.
Unfortunately I have no way to check for your specific problem myself.
HDMI-CEC can always be problematic as soon as one variable such as a firmware on one device has changed.
If you were not succesful with a full reset an reconnect of all devices I can only suggest to try a different way of connecting your devices since it can take little until a firmware update fixes the issues.
