Amsterdam/Hamburg, 16. Juli 2020 – TP Vision, Lizenznehmer der Premium-Marke Philips TV & Sound, und der britische Lautsprecher-Spezialist Bowers & Wilkins kündigen die Verlängerung ihrer exklusiven und erfolgreichen Partnerschaft an.
Die Zusammenarbeit begann im Juni 2018 und hat sich als wegweisend für den Premium-TV-Markt erwiesen. Die neuen Serien von Ambilight-TVs setzten neue Maßstäbe bei der Bild- und Tonqualität.
Die Partnerschaft wird auch zukünftig spannende Entwicklungen im Bereich TV hervorbringen: So werden in der zweiten Jahreshälfte 2020 ein neuer OLED+-TV und weitere LCD-Modelle mit kleineren Bildschirmgrößen auf den Markt kommen.
Die Erfolge der Zusammenarbeit sprechen für sich: Die drei bereits erschienenen OLED+ Ambilight-TVs wurden von Kunden, Handel und Medien hervorragend aufgenommen und haben europaweit in den vergangenen 18 Monaten 95 Auszeichnungen erhalten. Insbesondere das 65-Zoll-Modell OLED+984 steht für eine neue Referenz in Punkto Leistung und Design und setzt damit neue Qualitätsstandards in der Branche.
Um das bestmögliche TV-Bild- und Klangerlebnis zu gewährleisten, werden die neuen Premium-Ambilight-TVs von Philips auch weiterhin die bekannten Technologien und das technische Know-how beider Unternehmen kombinieren.
Die Partnerschaft wird durch die langjährige Tradition beider Marken gestärkt, alle Technologien im eigenen Haus zu entwickeln und dabei die volle Qualitätskontrolle über jede Phase der Produktentwicklung und Produktion zu haben. Diese Strategie wird durch die Ansiedlung der wichtigsten technischen Einrichtungen für beide Marken in Europa noch effektiver und effizienter.
