Pace: Updates für Philips Satellitenreceiver DSR5005, DSR9004, DSR9005 und Kabelreceiver DCR5000, DCR9000, DCR9001 verfügbar (Update 2)

Pace hat es nach einiger Zeit geschafft, neue Updates für die Philips Satellitenreceiver DSR5005, DSR9005 und die Kabelreceiver DCR5000 und DCR9000 fertig zu stellen. So wie ich verstanden habe, wird damit das Problem mit Rucklern/Farben bei den ZDF-HD-Sendern , was nach der Abstellung des analogen Satellitenfernsehens und der Einspeisung der neuen HD-Sender auftrat, behoben.
Philips DSR5005/02 Da Philips bereits 2008 seine Receiver-Sparte an Pace (und 2009 sämtliche Pace-Anteile ) verkauft hatte, war Pace für das Update verantwortlich.
Jedoch wird das Update nicht via Satellit oder via Kabel verteilt. Der Receiver müssen eingesendet werden. Folgendes ist dazu im Forum von digitalfernsehen.de zu lesen:
Ruft unter 0800 – 100 9213 den Support an und verlangt einen deutschen Mitarbeiter, der nimmt Name und Mail-Adresse auf und ihr bekommt alles zur Einsendung zugesendet.
Den Kommentaren nach dauerte dies bei einigen Besitzern nur 3-4 Tage und danach liefen die Receiver wieder ohne Probleme.
